Home Birth &

birth center

By choosing home birth or birth in the birth center, you can labor, give birth, and receive postpartum care in the comfort of your own space. Midwifery care means knowing your carers and inviting loved ones into the birthing experience. Planned home births for low-risk women are safe as well as both personal and empowering.

“Our results show that among low-risk women who intend to give birth at home, when labor starts there is no increase in perinatal and neonatal mortality or morbidity compared to similarly low-risk women who intend to give birth in a hospital.”
