Financial Support for Growing Families

Rx Kids Muskegon

Learn More About Rx Kids

Families living in the City of Muskegon may qualify for direct cash support during pregnancy and after birth.

  • Available for expectant mothers who live in the City of Muskegon
  • Enrollment begins at 16 weeks of pregnancy
  • Eligible mothers receive $1,500 during pregnancy
  • Eligible babies receive $500 per month for the first six months after birth
  • Applies to infants born on or after June 1, 2026
